Deposit Returns- Account must have no delinquencies for 1 year, and then you must write a letter to the Board of Supervisors to request refund back. Your account standing will be verified and brought before the board at the following meeting

IF THERE IS AN “E” AFTER YOUR MONTLY USAGE, YOUR BILLING WAS “ESTIMATED” BECAUSE WE COULDN’T READ YOUR METER ACCURATELY!

NOTICE TO CASH CUSTOMERS:

The office will only accept cash payments for the exact amount being paid. We will no longer keep change on the premises.

Past Due Fees

If your account is 3 months past due, you will receive a certified letter in the mail. If you do not pay or contact the office by the posted date, your account will be charged the past due fees and/or have your water shut off.
